Project Description: The Boardwalk, located in the Irvine Business Complex, reinvents a new class of office space. The development is situated on a 7.5-acre lot and includes two, nine-story towers connected by four bridge-ways and open terraces. The buildings themselves offer 545,000 square feet of premier office space with high ceilings and glass walls. Large 65,000 square foot floor plates include open office design, an employee lounge, communal conference rooms, fitness and wellness center, and 5,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. Utilizing California’s year-round sunshine, two acres of covered gathering/meeting spaces, a covered outdoor amphitheater, idyllic pathways, and green spaces to refresh employees.

Gensler is the project architect. Snyder Langston is the general contractor for the building and site, with Bomel constructing the parking structure. CBRE are leasing and marketing the project.
