Project Description: Broadcom newly based in Great Park Neighborhoods has bought land for 1.1 million-square-foot expansion of corporate headquarters, located in Irvine. It will include development labs and open-office work spaces. Mixed-use office buildings spread across 75 acres of land consisting of 4 buildings, 5 stories each. The new addition will accommodate up to 8,000 employees. An additional two parking structures will also be included in the renovation.

From the aerial view, the buildings’ placement will mimic the shape of the company’s logo. The project will be designed by M. Arthur Gensler Jr. & Associates, Inc. and built by DPR Construction.
