Murray Company is under contract with Matt Construction on the (as-of-yet unnamed) mixed-use building at Eighth and Hope. It is now built up to its 8th floor, with 14 more stories to go. The building will consist of 290 residential units, a helipad, 5,000 SF of retail, six floors of parking (two underground), and a landscaped amenity plaza above the elevated parking, with a pool, jacuzzi, and club room. This location is convenient to shopping such as Ralphs, LA Fitness, the Fashion Institute, a soon-to-be-renovated mall, a park, and a subway station.
