This project, located in the heart of downtown at 1111 South Grand Avenue and two blocks from the Staples Center and the LA Live Complex, consists of three residential towers with ground floor retail and multi-level parking.

EVO was completed during the late summer of 2008. The 24-story high rise features roof-top amenities including a deck, fitness room, and lounge, all featuring many high-end finishes. EVO was constructed using post-tensioned concrete slabs to reinforce a concrete structure with aluminum and glass exterior curtain walls. In the 645,000 square feet of space, there are 311 residential units, retail spaces, and three floors of underground parking.
