Project Description: The lot of the Fox Entertainment Group remained active throughout construction. The building consists of a 9-story planned structure, four stories of which will be located below ground and require a full methane encapsulation system.. The 325,000-square-foot parking structure is cast-in-place, post-tension concrete, housing 890 spaces. The parking structure serves studio staff and visitors.
