Project Description: Completed in the summer of 2014, the 20-story residential tower known during construction as Parcel M includes four levels of subterranean parking. The ground level will be occupied by a restaurant, café, main lobby, technology center, office space and a fitness center. Levels 2 through 18 will be occupied primarily by residential dwelling units and accessory building service rooms such as trash rooms and electrical closets. Level 19, the Penthouse level, will feature a large rooftop terrace, party room, kitchen, dwelling units, and accessory building service rooms. There are 271 residential apartment units at market-rate and affordable.
