Project Description: This 680,000 Sq Ft Replacement Hospital project is a 96-bed addition built as four stories plus a basement totaling 113,000 square feet on the old hospital site. This completes the inpatient strategy on the campus by providing 96 additional beds, a central laboratory, kitchen, and main entrance to the hospital. The 3rd and 4th floors in the Phase 2 building house two 32-bed units for a total of 64 inpatient Medical/Surgical/Telemetry beds, while the 2nd floor will house 32 observation beds for a total of 96 beds. It also consists of site development, new central utility plant, steel structure, interior build-out, and various exterior skin systems.
