This  $550 million project for a 385,000 SF, 224-bed hospital included a 36-bed emergency room, two patient towers, and a Diagnostic and Treatment (D&T) wing. The facility is five stories above grade and there is a basement under the D&T wing.  A 150,000 SF Hospital Support Building (HSB) was also constructed which will house several departments, including cardiology, nephrology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and urology, The existing central plan was expanded to support the new hospital and HSB.

Murray Company performed the HVAC by a two-company team approach with Control Air, pre-fab and minimize field joints, tie-in coordination and sequencing with operating central plant supporting existing structures.
