Project Description: The Kaiser Permanente South Bay project consisted of a 273,350 SF four-story hospital with 140 medical/surgical, intensive care, and cardiac beds, along with a radiology department including general x-ray, CT and MRI, a Cath Lab, nuclear medicine and a 39-bay emergency department and lobby. The support services floor included a cafeteria, inpatient food service, pharmacy, environmental services, conference space, administrative space, and electrical and mechanical equipment.
