Project Description: This MOB is a 5 story and basement structure, consisting of approximately 276,348 square feet. Murray is providing general and specific infrastructure upgrades both in-place occupied areas and via department hop scotch remodeling which includes mechanical room remodeling, LADWP and private backbone upgrade, steam and condensate refresh, central plant equipment upsizing, air handler upsizing, VAV/CAV/mixing box upgrades and enlarging labor and delivery, emergency, operating room and sterile processing departments.

WHITELINE

Murray Company’s scope of work is to provide plumbing, mechanical piping and civil wet utilities as required to build the new L&D, ED, OR and SPD including new distribution utilities with NPC-5 upgrades, new heating hot water distribution and re-pipe portions of the existing steam and condensate system including condensate piping and monitoring system. Provide three new chillers and cooling towers with associated equipment and new heating water heat exchangers with associated equipment. Design-assist services include as-built of existing, constructibility consultation and CAD production of OSHPD permit drawings based on design engineer’s direction.
