Project Description: New 300mm chip manufacturing facility. 

Murray Company performed the low purity process piping to include Process Cooling Water, Critical Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, House Vacuum, House Vacuum Arsenic, Wet Vacuum, Scrubber SCB and SCS piping 1.5 million. Work was in utility level, sub-fab level and performed the OFA, HPOFA, SHPOFA in the PUB, Fab and PSSS roof.
