Project Description: This 150,000 square foot space is a state-of-the-art five-story steel building. converting a former furniture space into a mixed-use building consisting of retail and restaurant space on the first floor and office spaces on the remaining four stories. The 165,000 square foot subterranean parking is built to accommodate the new space.
