Project consists of two Patient Towers and one Diagnostic and Treatment Building for a total of 378,000 square feet.  The towers and building will  house  187  beds and 15 Operating Suites, a complete Pre -and Post- Natal Unit,  and a third floor with MRI, Cat Scan and Radiology Equipment.   This project was designed by LBL Architects and ME Engineers.

Murray Company was responsible for all mechanical work including Plumbing, Piping, Sheet Metal, Building Automation, 3D MEP Coordination, 3D CAD Detailing, Insulation and Balancing.

Murray Company designed in 3D using Navisworks 3D Software. The project did not include a central plant, but tied into an existing central plant using underground piping. Buildings are heated and cooled with roof top custom air handling units with constant volume reheat boxes on each floor. Building automation was provided by Johnson Controls and is BacNet compatible. Medical Gas System was a Beacon Medaes system and patient room headwalls were field fabricated.
