We have earned a reputation for handling fast-track, large and complex projects, largely due to our ability to develop pre-fabrication solutions. 








Our 80,000 square foot pre-fabrication facility houses dedicated class 10, 100, and 1000 purity cleanrooms, a piping facility, and a plumbing facility. These facilities handle multiple systems, material types, components, and modularization with excess capacity. 

  • Welding to ASME standard B31.1, SECT: IX and B3.3, B.31.9, and AWS D.1.1, 3, and 6
  • Welding procedures written for all sizes, materials, and processes using the following applications: orbital welding, automatic welding, flux core, FCAW, GTAW, GMAW, MIG, TIG, brazing, and plastic joining

Our 3D model generates fabrication drawings directly to the fabrication shop for production. Each piece is cross checked before shipping to the jobsite.

A state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot cleanroom facility is dedicated to the Biopharmaceutical and Semiconductor industries.

Our piping fabrication shop is a UA Label, nationally-approved facility with the latest fabrication and welding technology available.

Shop/field welders are certified to ASME/AWS Code criteria and updated as industry standards dictate.  Our 50 qualified welding procedures include but are not limited to Hastelloy, Duplex, Chromes, AL6XN and other steel combinations.
