Additionally, the Paramount ranges in size from studios to two-bedroom.  Apartments at The Paramount feature gourmet granite kitchens, lavish Italian tiled baths, custom closets and a washer and dryer in every apartment. The impressive selection of amenities includes a business and internet lounge, entertainment lounge, health and fitness center with yoga room, bicycle storage room, rooftop sun terrace, outdoor terrace with BBQ grills, and an outdoor swimming pool.

WHITELINE

Murray Company is responsible for the design-build of sanitary plumbing services for 486 apartments amid 39 stories. This complex is set in the heart of the mission district SoMa of San Francisco. This is a very congested part of downtown which presented multiple challenges of limited storage. The complex consists of a fitness center, swimming pool, parking and store-front space for retail. The building was, with the advent of new technology, the tallest pre-cast concrete making the most extensive use of pre-cast members in a high rise structure.

Murray Company installed the overhead storm drains, waste domestic water, and vents on the west side of the elevators in the basement. This project was on a 16-month construction schedule with three months in Design.
