Project Description: Reuse of an iconic, mixed-use residential project which overlooks Beverly Hills, near the intersection of Beverly and Robertson Boulevards in West Hollywood. 8899 Beverly Boulevard is a development project which spans 195,000 square feet with 48 exceptional residential condominiums with nine exclusive single family homes and 25,000 square feet of retail space.
Construction started in early June 2016 and the condominium units are targeted to be completed January 2018. 8899 Beverly Boulevard will provide the utmost ultra-luxury living, including top-of-the-line finishes, hotel-like services and views. Situated on 1.73 acres of land and only steps away from several of the most fashionable streets in Los Angeles, this mixed-use residential project was originally built in 1964, designed by Richard Dorman. The 93,791 square foot building was the first mid-rise in this West Hollywood neighborhood and is still the tallest building in the area at ten stories. The new design by world renowned Olson Kundig Architects includes a new façade and updated entry, as well as a building addition to maximize efficient uncompromised units, ceilings heights and view opportunities.
Murray Company’s scope of work consists of plumbing systems (Water, Waste, Grease Waste, Storm, Natural Gas).
