Project Description: Disney GC3 Phase 2A includes two buildings and one parking structure. The six-story North building has approximately 237,000-sf of office space. The South building has one below-grade level and five above grade levels, totaling approximately 94,000-sf. It also houses the central plant, grade-level cafeteria and offices above grade. The Phase 2A parking structure has six above-grade and one below-grade levels with a total of 1260 stalls.
Murray Company’s scope for this Make Ready were the site utilities in support of the commercial building, parking structure, and food service utility. The multiple General Contractor’s working on site creating difficult working conditions and required intensive coordination.
