Responsible for business development, client relations, and Preconstruction services. Manage contracts and negotiations as well as assist in bid schedule and project selection. Responsible for managing and overseeing numerous plumbing and mechanical projects ranging from $8M to $20M. Analyze document revisions, RFI’s, cost reports, submittals, negotiate and track change estimates, prepare and submit billings and supervision of owner training and equipment commissioning.
