North Tower addition and Central Plant upgrade consists of a 154,486 sq. ft., five-story patient tower with new kitchen, cafeteria, emergency department, 20-bed ICU, pharmacy, 40-bed med/surg., two radiology rooms, chapel, and mechanical and electrical areas. $142M Construction Costs.

Murray Company performed the mechanical piping ( HVAC Wet-side and Dry-side) and ductwork including energy management controls and central plant chiller room remodel. It was difficult to execute this project with no available storage on-site.
